Miranda is a registered Psychologist with qualifications in the field of organisational psychology. With over 10 years internal and external consulting experience across both the public and private sector, Miranda’s area of expertise lies in the field of talent and leadership assessment and development.

Having partnered with several ASX-listed organisations in the account management and delivery of assessment services, Miranda has provided trusted insight and advice in high stakes selection and talent management decisions. She has also designed and implemented best-practice selection assessment methodologies and co-created an organisation-wide approach for leadership development assessment.

In her most recent role, Miranda drove the scoping and design of an executive leadership capability framework for a large government department. She also led the development of accompanying leadership success profiles and provided recommendations for best practice assessment and measurement methodology.

Miranda holds a Master of Psychology (Industrial and Organisational) from Deakin University and is formally trained in a broad range of behavioural, personality and abilities assessments used across selection, development and talent management contexts.
